Allotide Labs is an AI integration and product engineering firm in Louisiana. We build and operate Allotide, a platform for voice and chat agents that answer real phone lines, and we bring the same engineering to teams that need AI shipped into what they already run.
Why the phone
Where software served business worst.
A phone line is where a business meets most of its customers, and for years it was the part of the business that software served least: menus, holds, voicemail, a call back that never came. We built a platform that answers the phone properly: on the first ring, listening, acting inside the systems the business already runs, and handing off to a person the moment one is needed.
Then we found that the engineering it took, the tool-calling, the evaluation against real conversations, the observability, was what other teams wanted for everything else they were building. So we offer that too.

Allotide is the platform we build and operate: voice and chat agents on real phone lines, with telephony, tool-calling and transfer to a person built in. The managed agents we run for owners live on it, and the way we work for other teams comes from building it.
Founder
Sean Brown
Sean built Allotide end to end: the voice pipeline, the telephony integration, the multi-tenant runtime and the evaluation harness that tests every change against recorded calls. He is the person who builds yours. He runs the company from Louisiana, working with teams anywhere.
