What we collect, and what we never do.
This is the privacy notice for allotide.com and for demo calls with Allotide Labs. It is short because there is not much to say.

What this site collects
Nothing beyond server logs. This site sets no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies of its own. The server that delivers it records standard request logs (network address, page requested, time, browser type) to keep the site running and secure, and keeps them only as long as that needs.
Demo calls
Demo calls are recorded for quality, so we can check that the agent did what it should and improve it when it did not. Recordings and transcripts of demo calls are kept for that purpose and no other, and are not shared outside Allotide Labs.
The no-training commitment
We never use your calls to train AI — that's contractual. The recordings and transcripts of your calls are yours. They are used to run and improve your own agent and for nothing else, and that commitment is written into every customer agreement.
Customer data
For customers, Allotide processes calls and messages on your behalf: audio, transcripts, the actions an agent takes and the records it touches. That data is stored in your account, kept apart from every other customer's, retained for the period your agreement sets, and deleted at the end of it. The providers we rely on to run calls (telephony, speech and language models) receive only what they need to provide the service.
