Managed voice agents

An agent on your line, run by us.

For owners who want the phone answered well without running the technology themselves. You talk to us, we build it on our platform, it goes live on your number, and you read every call.

Who it's for

The phone answered well, without a project.

For owners and managers who want the line answered well without running the technology themselves.

How it goes live

Four steps, and none of them are yours to run.

  1. You talk to us

A conversation about your line: what callers ask, what the agent may do, and where a person steps in.

  2. We build it on our platform and test it on real calls

The agent is written, then run against recorded conversations and read, before it takes a call of yours.

  3. It goes live on your number

Your existing number, or one we provide. Nothing to install.

  4. You read every transcript, and we tune it monthly

Every call, every action, every hand-off, in your account. Once a month we read them with you and adjust what the agent says and does.

What you get

Every month, the same five things.

What we need from you

Four things, and then it is ours to run.

Questions

Asked before, answered plainly.

Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your business's assistant, and it never pretends to be a person. Callers who ask are told plainly.
What if it can't help?
It says so and brings a person onto the line, or takes a message if no one is available. It never guesses on your behalf.
Can it book into my calendar?
If your calendar or booking system has an interface we can reach, yes. We confirm which one and what access it needs in the first conversation.
What does it cost?
It depends on the line: the hours, what it books, what it reaches. There is no price list. Talk to us and we'll give you a number for your line.
How long to go live?
It depends on the line and what it has to reach. We'll give you a date, not a range.
Can I change what it says?
Yes. Tell us, and the change is tested against recorded calls before it goes live. The monthly tuning pass is for exactly this.
Is my data used to train AI?
Never. We never use your calls to train AI — that's contractual, and it is written into every agreement.

Our commitment
